Why do BORP Participants
Succeed?
-
Studies have shown conclusively that kids
who participate in sports and outdoor adventures have better
grades and better habits.
-
We work closely with our participants, their
families, schools, and service providers.
-
Where possible we take kids from the age of
5, and stay with them until they're 18-a key factor in our
success.
-
Disabled role models: BORP participants have
weekly interaction with strong, successful peers. This is a
key to their success.
-
We expect a lot of BORP participants, and
they rise to those expectations.
