Adaptive Yoga
Instructor: Saraswathi Devi
Yoga is for everyone! Join us for postures, movement and stretches, augmented by breathing, visualization, meditation, massage and acupressure techniques tailored to your individual needs, interests and abilities. Through the generous use of props and the assistance of volunteers, you will experience a refreshing body-mind workout and learn things to do on your own. Each student will practice as indepenedently or as interactively as is appropriate - on the floor, in a chair, with each other - we will find a thousand ways.
