Community Yoga - Donation Class
Integral Yoga offers a traditional and balanced approach to the ancient teachings of Yoga. This level 1 Hatha class offers a comprehensive, balanced class with a steady flow, relaxation between asana postures, guided relaxation, pranayama breathing practices and meditation.
This class is suitable for beginners or anyone looking for gentle strengthening and deep relaxation.
