Gentle Yoga

Instructor: Pnina Shamsi

In this class you can experience the benefits achieved from a well rounded program of postures, with modifications given to help achieve their benefits as necessary. This class will include the practice of asanas, pranayama (breathing), deep relaxation, and concentration/meditation. It is one hour and fifteen minutes in length.

About Pnina: Pnina Shamsi, MA, is a certified Kripalu yoga teacher, Reiki practitioner, sound healing therapist, and lifelong musician. She has been practicing Kripalu yoga since 2000 and teaching publicly and privately since 2008. Pnina honors each student's safety, individuality, and specific needs. She particularly enjoys encouraging students to go deep within to witness their individual beauty and wisdom.
