Healthy Back and Spine

This class will target muscle groups that help protect your back and spine. Stretches and strengthening exercises will be used to help eleviate low back pain and correct posture. This class will help strengthen weak muscles and relax tight muscles that support the spine and back.

Pnina Shamsi, MA, is a certified Kripalu yoga teacher, Reiki practitioner, sound healing therapist, and lifelong musician. She has been practicing Kripalu yoga since 2000 and teaching publicly and privately since 2008. Pnina honors each student's safety, individuality, and specific needs.
