ZUMBA

ZUMBA is a Latin-inspired, dance-fitness class that incorporates international music and dance movements, creating a dynamic, exciting, exhilarating, and effective fitness system.  ZUMBA combines rhythms and movements, using an aerobic/fitness approach, to achieve a unique blend of cardio and muscle-toning benefits.  This class truly is an "exercise in disguise" where you can burn up to 1000 calories in just one hour-long party.  You will have so much fun, you will forget you're working out!  No dancing experience required. Wear comfortable shoes for a high-impact workout, but you'll also want to be able to spin, so you don't want too much grip on the bottom. Bring water.

Hi, I’m Marysel Quezada and I love teaching Zumba classes. Zumba is absolutely amazing to me because it’s not only a workout, but FUN and UPLIFTING! Zumba is the greatest stress reliever and the best way to drop some weight without even knowing it. It' my absolute pleasure to watch people (of different ages, dance skills/levels, body types) learn how to be in their bodies and enjoy the experience of dance.
