Think of this workshop as a Dance adventure- a magical mixture of dance and therapy for both the body and mind. By creating a flow in the body, we create a flow in the mind. We dance for health, for release from pain, for support and self-acceptance, for stress relief and balance. We dance for joy, for a better mood, to build strength, to breathe deeper and to let go.
