Mandatory virtual pre-trip meeting for the camping in december
November 15 @ 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm
Many of you may have registered back in August for this camping trip. The date was initially going to be in October but it has now been rescheduled for the first weekend in December. It will be December 1-3. At Camp Arroyo in Livermore.
It will be camping in cabins that will be shared.
Those folks who have registered for the camping trip weekend, December 1-3, or the day trip on December 2. you must attend this mandatory pre trip meeting on the 15th. To secure your spot.
It will be held virtually on zoom from 6:30 to 7:30 PM.

Even if you didn’t sign up and have questions and want to be on the waitlist, you should plan to attend this meeting.
