The purpose of this meditative movement class is to transition through a series of gentle, health-giving exercises in a relaxed and joyous environment. Tai Chi combines the fluidity of dance with energetic movements that tone and the body and Improve circulation, balance and posture. The mind is focused and results include an experience of a general sense of well being as the”chi,” or life force, is strengthened. A sampling of Qigong and Rosen Method movement exercises are included. The course is open to all ages and varying abilities.
