Exploration of Wind and Water (Descriptive Tour)

Join us for “Wind and Water”, a virtually descriptive tour hosted by BORP on December 13th starting at 10:30am. Description of Event: On December 13th, in partnership with the Fine Arts Museums of San Francisco, BORP’s Adventures & Outings Program will host an exploration of artwork with docents Tom Traylor and Amy Finkel. On this tour we are going to discuss works of art with a theme of “Wind and Water”. The artworks selected include monumental twin landscapes of Niagara Falls by a German-born artist, a whimsical and windy linocut print by an Australian artist, a dark sea scene by an American artist whose use of color earned him the nickname, “the American Matisse,” and a stormy day painted by a San Francisco artist and muralist.

The tour takes place on December 13th from 10:30am to 12pm.
