Stacy’s classes relax the body using gentle restorative poses while bringing quieting calmness to the mind through breath work and healing touch.
Having attended classes regularly for over ten years, Stacy relied on yoga as a release from day-to-day stress and part of a fitness regimen. Her practice transformed into a form of self-care while becoming licensed as a therapist working with children and families exposed to trauma. This became a beautiful turning point as she fully realized the therapeutic relief in breathing mindfully and wished to expand this beyond her yoga practice. Stacy completed her yoga teacher certification in San Francisco and has been integrating asanas, mindful breathing, and meditation in her clinical work in the field and on the mat.
Outside of the yoga studio, Stacy can be found performing stealth acts of social work, searching for furry friends, climbing rocks, and cycling across the state
