Experience the therapeutic effects of dance and movement. The class will help us to feel comfortable in our bodies and use movement as a form of self-expression. We will learn exercises to help keep the body flexible, strong, and at ease. The generation of movement will occur through learned sequences, our connection with music, images, and the use of contact with others.
