Esther welcomes students into their practice with an intention of mindfulness and friendliness. Her practice encourages tapping into our mind-body resources of breath awareness, somatic connection and meditation. Her teaching is rooted in Hatha principals of alignment, breath inspired movement and our evolving inner landscape. She has over 6 years of experience modifying postures to meet a variety of needs. She is continuously inspired by the practice of presence and the relationships she builds around this yoga.
