Classes start Thursday June 10, 2021 – 4PM PST Start Time
The Seated Pilates and Breathwork workshop is a 6 series class designed to be progressive. It is intended for those with spinal cord injuries but is inclusive to all. Classes will be every Thursday starting June 10 and ending on July 15.
In this workshop, you will learn breathing strategies, deepen your understanding of “mind-body” and work with seated movement that focuses on lengthening the head to tail and opening and strengthening the upper body. These things can help you access your body’s full capacity. You will finish her class feeling rejuvenated.
Due to the progressive and intimate nature of this workshop, we are limiting class size to 10 participants and ask that participants commit to attend most sessions. We understand that sometimes life gets in the way, so it’s ok if you miss a class or two. Classes will be held on Zoom and recorded (instructor video only). All classes will be available for all to view on our Youtube channel.

This workshop is available to our participants at no cost. Funding is made possible by a generous grant from the Craig H. Neilsen Foundation.
