This class is specifically designed for people with round bodies. In this class weight is not an obstacle or a limitation. Through our journey we will increase our flexibility, strength, and endurance while becoming healthier with each breath. We will explore pranayama (breath work), asana (postures), meditation and relaxation in a loving environment. Beginners are encouraged to take this class.
About Instructor Ashley Crockett:
Ashley is a certified, registered yoga instructor. Her passion for yoga stems from her belief that health and wellness starts from within, “healthy minds build healthy bodies. By connecting the mind and body one becomes limitless.”
Many of Ashley’s yoga classes incorporate musical elements and aroma therapy to aid in relaxation. Ashley is an advocate for nourishing the mind and body with healthy food and loves sharing healthy recipes with her yoga students and clients.
Ashley is also a certified personal trainer and nutritionist /wellness consultant who designs custom meal plans as every individual is different. She specializes in weight loss, weight management, postnatal workouts, body sculpting, and weight training.
