Monday

  • 9:00 -10:15am : Yoga for 50+ : Nancy Yates
  • 11:00am -12:00pm : Gentle Stretch and Movement  : Lela DaVia
  • 12:15-1:15pm : Integrative Healing : Valerie Jew
  • 2:45-3:30pm: Sonic Wellbeing : Minna Sivola
  • 6:30-7:30pm : Feldenkrais : Diana Walters 

Tuesday

  • 11:30am-12:30pm : Strength and Empowerment : Darryl Paxon
  • 5:30-6:30pm :  Access-Centered Yoga (Suggested donation $5-10) : Jess Schlesinger 

Wednesday

  • 9:30-10:30am Gentle Yoga : Stacy Rohrs
  • 12:00-1:00pm : Yoga Alignment : Erik Irvin
  • 4:30pm-5:30pm : Feldenkrais : Diana Walters 

Thursday 

  • 7:30-8:30pm :  Access-Centered Yoga (Suggested donation $5-10) : Jess Schlesinger

  • 3:30pm-5:30pm EVERY THIRD SATURDAY OF THE MONTH: “Letting Go of Everything Less than Love”, a workshop for the Blind/Visually impaired (Private Rental) Nancy Yates
