Julia Arenson

Julia Arenson has over thirty years of experience teaching yoga classes to diverse populations. She specializes in chair yoga and mindful movement classes for the injured, elderly, and disabled, as well as perinatal yoga for pregnant and new parents. She is also well-versed in teaching Hatha, Vinyasa, slow flow, and restorative/ Yin yoga classes for students of all levels. Her classes are flowing and compassionate, with an emphasis on mindfulness and breath-centered movement. Julia is very experienced with teaching both in person and online, and loves that through teaching virtually, she can reach out to help improve the lives of students all over the world.
