Creative Movement and Sign Language Exploration

Every wondered about expressing yourself in another way besides speaking?  This class is designed for anyone who is curious about deepening their own exploration with nonverbal communication, sign language, and movement. Drawing on jazz, modern, hip hop, and African dance, this class will be an embodied experimental play space to learn more about how to communicate feelings, ideas, stories, and much more all with the body and nonverbal forms of communication, including sign language.   Each class will be customized to the students for that night. This is a safe space to have FUN, to PLAY, and to EXPLORE!  No dance/movement/sign language experience required.
